Special Event Request Form

Ribbon Cutting

Planning a special event at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is a great way to celebrate an occasion or recognize employees.

Because each event is different, there may be specific requirements to consider to ensure the overall safety and security of everyone at the Airport.

Submit a request here: https://forms.office.com/g/eTbavD9CXr

Once submitted, an Airport Duty Manager (ADM) will contact you about your request and assist with coordination.

Please note that completing a form and sending of completed documents does not necessarily guarantee event approval or permit issuance.

Any supporting documents, photos, etc., please email to SFOADMS@FLYSFO.COM
