Airport Commission
The Airport Commission consists of five members appointed by the Mayor to four-year terms. The Airport Commission establishes policy, awards contracts and leases, approves modifications to agreements, and authorizes other actions like requests for proposals and the acceptance of grant funding. The Commission is prohibited from involving itself in the day-to-day operation of the Airport as that function is vested in the Airport Director. The Commission generally meets the first and third Tuesday of the month at 9 am in Room 400, City Hall.
