Utilizing the WELL Building Standard guidelines, the Airport is improving its buildings to create and maintain an environment that offers positive support for everyone’s well-being. The Airport is also committed to providing resources that promote an overall standard of health.
The WELL Building Standard, as developed by the International WELL Buildings Institute, is a third-party research and performance-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring built environment features that impact human health and well-being. This system is used to improve design, construction, and long-term operation of buildings to advance and improve building occupant health.
