SFO Conference Rooms

As we move forward on our path to recovery, operational procedures will be required for reopening Airport conference and training rooms in a safe manner consistent with the most current CDC, state and local health and safety guidelines, as well as the SFO Conference and Training Rooms COVID-19 Safety Protocols.

While the Airport continues to promote virtual meetings, vaccination of its workforce, physical distancing, and wearing of face coverings, a limited number of conference rooms are open for essential in-person meetings.

Requests for conference room reservations will be considered if there is strong justification and at least one of the following criteria is met:

  • Safety & Security – Meetings that relate to ensuring the safety and security of the Airport.
  • COVID-19 Recovery – Meetings that are necessary to support the Airport’s recovery.
  • Mission Critical – Meetings essential to maintaining Core Values directly related to the identity of SFO.

To reserve a conference room for an essential in-person meeting, please send your request to the appropriate contact and include the following information:

  1. How the purpose of the meeting is related to Safety & Security, COVID-19 Recovery, and/or is critical to the Airport’s mission and Core Values;
  2. Meeting subject;
  3. Proposed date and start/stop meeting time;
  4. Number of attendees and names of any external/non-Commission employee visitors; and
  5. Name of designated Safety Plan Monitor
