The Space Request Process
The Space Request process is the procedure in which the application for space on the SFO Campus is managed, reviewed, and the decision of approval or not granted. For Space Allocation Criteria Guidelines click here. There are (3) types of Space Requests:
Space Request
Most common and general type of application for space.
Construction Activity Space request
All applications for space related to construction on the SFO Campus. From airlines, concession & commission construction project needs.
Space Use Request
The least common type of application for space. Primarily used for public facing concession & commission projects in the Terminal for any space over 5,000 square feet.
