The Security Access Office (SAO) issues Temporary “T” badges to individuals that have the authorization to work or conduct business in the Sterile, Secured, Airfield Operations Area (AOA), or Terminal areas.
The Authorized Signatory must submit a completed T-Badge Application Form to the Security Access Office.
- T-Badges require 3 business days to process
- Individuals are eligible for up to four (4) T-Badges in a 12-month rolling period. 30-day and 24-hour T-Badges both count toward this limit.
- 24-hour limited duration pink T-Badges should be turned in at the end of the workday.
- The Authorized Signatory must submit a completed Temporary Badge Extension Application Form to the Security Access Office for T-Badge extensions.
- T-Badge extensions require 5 business days to process.
- If a T-Badge extension covers the duration of a project, no further T-Badges will be issued for 12 months.
