ACCESS FEES (per trip/loop)

¹ During FY 2018/19, the Airport Director or his designee is authorized to adjust trip fees and the curbside access fee from time to time provided that the rates in effect do not exceed amounts listed above.

² Applies to terminal curbside operations by low occupancy vehicles (with 7 passenger seats or less) that can otherwise occur at a location other than the terminal curbside.

³ Commercial shared ride van permit applies

Fees can be paid via the Web Portal (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express). For over the counter transaction, payment can be made by check or credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express). Please ask for a receipt.

REGISTRATION & ADMINISTRATION FEES (per vehicle)

*The offsite inspection fee must be prepaid at GTU prior to scheduling an offsite day. Offsite days are generallyscheduled every Tuesdays and Thursdays. A minimum of 25 vehicles belonging to the same fleet is required for eachoffsite appointment. All cancellation must be notified 24 hours before the scheduled offsite inspection date.

Annual registration fees must be paid at the renewal of each type of permit and when adding a new vehicle to a fleet.FY 2018/19

FINES AND PENALTIES

There is no Lost Transponder and/or Decal Fee. A Police Report has to be filed with the Police Department for all lost or stolen decals. The Police Case Number MUST be provided in order to receive a replacement decals.

Additionally for Lost/Stolen Transponders a timely notification MUST be made to GTU and as a reminder the operator will still be held responsible to all fees/fine related the transponder (if any) until it is properly deleted on their permit.

***For Damaged Transponders/Decals, a windshield and/or bumper replacement receipt must be provided in order to receive a replacement transponder and/or decals.

Administrative Fines$100-$1,250
If a Permittee defaults under any of the terms specified in the Permit, the City may elect to impose Administrative Fines based on the specific violation(s) as listed in the Permit
Missed Scheduled Appointment Fee$100.00
A Missed Scheduled Inspection Appointment Fee is charged if an operator misses or is 15 minutes late for a mechanical inspection appointment. An inspection appointment must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the inspection in order to waive the missed appointment fee.
Failed Inspection Fee$125.00
Failed Inspection Fee is charged if a vehicle fails a mechanical inspection.
Late Inspection Cycle Fee$250.00
All vehicles that are not inspected within their inspection window as stated in the renewal timeframe are charged a Late Inspection Fee.
Bounced Check/Insufficient Funds Fee$50.00
There is a fee for all bounced checks.
Lost Transponder/DecalN/A

FY 2018/19
The minimum threshold of permits are based on the equivalent of six months of trips and may be increased accordingly. Initial Payment may be paid by credit card, money order, or cashier’s check. Amount in the Pre-Paid balance are refundable after the termination of a permit. Any money owed to the Airport will be deducted from the Pre-Paid balance.
