The Airport’s Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion has created Employee Resource Groups to drive a culture of inclusion and diversity. These groups are voluntary and employee-led.
To drive a culture of inclusion and belonging so that every employee feels respected, valued, and engaged to bring their personal best and contribute fully to the Airport.
To attract and retain a diverse workforce through implementation of programs that ensure equitable access to employment opportunities, and to promote employee engagement in furtherance of developing and sustaining a culture of inclusion guided by the Airport’s Core Values.
