World Duty Free

Jo Malone, Tom Ford & Aveda is a part of the World Duty Free Group (WDF) and the SFO location is one of the WDF’s 20 airport locations in the world.  WDF was created by the Autogrill Group which provided food and beverage, retail and services in the U.S.  The Autogrill Group acquired Aldeasa, Alpha, and World Duty Free and part of this newly formed entity was rebranded as World Duty Free Group.  Aldeasa began as a retail entity in Spain in 1976 and Alpha had a presence in UK airports.  WDF was the primary retail holder (including duty free stores) in Heathrow Airport and UK airports.
