The 30 minutes class focuses on punching and kicking.  Learn kickboxing techniques like jabs, roundhouse kicks, some pad work, and core strengthening exercises.  This class is the perfect total body workout and you’ll be learning some basic self-defense moves.

Total Body Conditioning - This integrated total body strength training class incorporates a variety of exercises and challenges every muscle in the body.  Participants will be able to shape and tone their body with light cardio and aids including bands, medicine balls and body weights.
