Learn skills and techniques to cultivate the ability to direct your attention and focus on the present moment through awareness of breathing.  Achieve a state of alert, focused relaxation by deliberately paying attention to thoughts and sensations without judgment.  Mindfulness skills and techniques are non-religious and non-sectarian.  

Everyone is welcome to attend these mindfulness classes.

The Defensive Driving Course (DDC-4) is a 4 hour program/class. The course will teach you how to reduce collision risk, impairment and its related dangers, the impact of physical, weather, road and traffic conditions, how to identify and minimize aggressive driving activities and other topics. At the successful completion of the course, all participants will receive a defensive driving certificate (that may lower your insurance premium for some auto insurance carriers – please check with your carrier directly if you are eligible).

New Class Offering: Pilates - This 30 minute class will work to balance all muscle groups, strength and flexibility while focusing on the core.  Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture.  The class is low impace and will help to sclupt your body and increase your agility.
