Help People In Need During the COVID-19 Crisis

The MVP Committee is committed to caring for our fellow Airport employees and neighboring community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Help make a difference by getting involved in the following ways.

MAKE MASK(S)
Calling all sewers! Share your talent by sewing simple non-hospital grade facial coverings to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. If you do not know how to sew, you can help by donating materials including 100% cotton cloth, elastic and thread.

The MVP Committee will coordinate the distribution of the masks to the Airport community through Safety, Health and Wellness. Excess masks will be donated to our non-profit partners who need them.

HELP FEED HUNGRY PEOPLE
Meals on Wheels of San Francisco and Second Harvest Food Bank of Silicon Valley provide meals to vulnerable members of our community. Demand for food has significantly increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You can help these non-profit organizations to continue to provide meals and services by donating directly to them through their website:

VOLUNTEER TO ASSIST SENIORS
The City and County of San Francisco is looking for volunteers to help seniors with errands including grocery shopping or by making a friendly phone call.
