The Airport is undertaking an effort to explicitly advance racial equity in all aspects of our activities, programs, and services. To make meaningful change, we are starting this process by looking inward, critically reviewing our policies and practices through an equity lens to determine whether our current systems have unintended impacts that contribute to racial disparities in our workplace. While we are assessing conditions in key areas for all employees, we are paying special attention to impact on our Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) team members.
