The Airport will be installing automatic doors within each of the Central Garage Level 1 connector tunnels. The door installation will require temporary closure of selected connector tunnels. Garage users will be required to access the Domestic Terminal Complex from the next adjacent connector tunnel; temporary signage and ambassadors will be available to assist and direct passengers during peak periods. Police are urging San Francisco residents, especially older members of the Chinese community, not to fall prey to a “blessing” scam that has robbed elderly victims of large amounts of cash and valuables. Over the past two weeks, police have investigated two incidents related to the scam, both of which have resulted in substantial financial loss.
