Below is the AirTrain closure schedule for November 19 through November 25, 2018. Busses will be operating during the closure periods. Note: Due to the Holidays there will be no full AirTrain closures (buses will not be required). Single Track Closure – No Buses Required Monday through Wednesday (November 19–21) the Blue Line service will be suspended beginning at 6:00pm until 5:00am the following morning. The Red Line will serve all stations during this period. Thursday through Sunday (11/22 - 11/25) AirTrain will be operating normally (no full single track closures). Please contact the SFO...
The badged employee entrance on Departures Level (Level 2) of Terminal 2 will be permanently relocating from its current location near the Meet & Greet to the opposite side of the terminal on the same level, near the restrooms towards the employee checkpoint. Please see below for a map showing how to get to the new location. The new location is effective as of Wednesday 11/14/18 at 6:00pm , after which the current location will be permanently closed. The fires in Butte County are expected to impact the air quality in and around SFO and the rest of the Bay Area throughout the weekend. Everyone working at SFO should take necessary precautions for as long as the poor air quality persists. Employees who work outdoors should minimizing non-essential outdoor activities, use provided protection as needed, such as N95 masks, and reschedule non-critical outdoor work.
