Since November 15th, BART Airport and Airline Discount Card holders have experienced difficulties with reloads to their credit or debit card when their balance falls below $10. BART attributes this to a new software platform. The problem now seems to be limited to reloads using the WageWorks Visa card and pretax cards issued by other transit benefit administrators. Unfortunately, many employees have set aside funds on a pretax basis to pay BART costs, and need to be able to use those funds. BART Manager S.C. The Airport has rescheduled the implementation date of the new Temporary “T” Badge program to Tuesday January 10, 2017 . Taking this additional time will allow the Airport to work on additional accessibility to address non-business hour needs. Please continue to submit completed request forms for Standard “T” Badges via email to T-Badgeprocessing@flysfo.com or fax 650.821.5259. Normal processing time is a minimum of 72 hours. Pedestrians have been observed jaywalking across busy Airport roadways at multiple locations. Specifically, SFO employees have been observed crossing the roadway at Parking Garage G crossing into Courtyard G as a shortcut to the International Terminal. As a result, and for your safety, a new crosswalk connecting Parking Garage G and Courtyard G was recently added. Airport outlines travel tips, airport amenities, and lighting ceremony open to the public San Francisco International Airport (SFO) announced the start of the holiday travel season, outlining travel tips, airport amenities, and an event to illuminate the Airport exterior in holiday lighting.
