The February 2016 Plant of the Month is the installation on top of the new self-check-in kiosks. Many colorful plant arrangements have been placed on these kiosks located on the departure level of the International Terminal. Each arrangement is made up of a variety of plants that would not be found in a typical garden; these include orchids paired with ferns and succulents. SFO officials expect approximately 1.3 million passengers to travel through SFO between January 31 and February 10, 2016. The busiest single day is anticipated to be Monday, February 8th.
